This question is difficult to address as it is so broad. Perhaps if you provide more detail as to what your looking for, it would be easier to address. Especially considering there is debate as to if such test are applicable across species; methodologies that work for one species, such as a rat, would not necessarily to applicable to another species, such as a pigeon, as the sensory and perception differs drastically. For example, rats perform poorly with visual classifications tasks that pigeons excel with, potentially indicating a difference in cognitive abilities. But if tested with a chemosensory paradigm, the rats have a dramatic improvement in performance.
