I am using Human corneal endothelial cell antibiotic-antimycotic (Amphotericin-B) in my cell culture on the Collagen coated plates. but after thawing, I saw these black dots and after some passage, there is cloudiness in my cells. The background of cells is not clear as can be seen by pictures. Can anybody suggest anything to remove this problem? Thanks in advance
Nothing abnormal in your cell culture. May be those dots are nucleoli

Some observations:
* Look at this effect in other kind of cells on the same plate treated with collagen.
* Look at the number of passage and read about how many passage are suitables.
* Some time this effect can be observed dependenting on type of serum to the medium. Ask for someone with experience in it in your lab.
* You could do a test of mycoplasma.

Your cell culture looks clear, these dots may be, when cells divide it leaves some traces of the cells. if you think that after 3 to 4 passages the turbidity increases in the culture do mycoplasma test.
