I'm looking for the inoculated or administered doses of metal nanoparticles to laboratory animals to remove the carcinogenic effects of mycotoxins particularly aflatoxins.
What is the hypothesis to be tested by this approach?
Do we already know with enough certainty how mycotoxins exert their carcinogenic effects?
Quite certainly different mycotoxins will act in different ways.

group 4: Af 3 mg/ kg of bw. (i/p . single dose) + nano zn 200 mg/kg bw(ORAL)
group 5 Af 3 mg/ kg of bw. (i/p . single dose) + nano zn 300 mg/kg bw(ORAL)
group65 Af 3 mg/ kg of bw. (i/p . single dose) + nano zn 500 mg/kg bw(ORAL)

This protocol seems to adress counteracting acute or subacute toxicity of injected!!! AF B1 only. I am not convinced that it covers the chronic or carcinogenic effects of AF B1 in rats.
Instead of the single dose of AF YOU CAN GIVE 30-50 UG / KG OF BW FOR OBTAINING THE CHRONIC TOXICOSIS. Over 30 years in our work in this field , we revealed nearly similar results of carcinogenesis in small laboratory animals (rates, mice) (SINGLE OR REPEATED DOSES . Whereas, during induction of aflatoxicosis in poultry , giunia pigs, ruminant animals etc ) chronic administration of AF IS PREFERABLE .
