I have only just heard of this entity and have not researched it extensively. However, lists of symptoms I have seen so far consist of cognitive problems like brain fog, poor concentration, etc. I am confident that brain fog in general is a peripheral symptom due to imbalance of the inner ear, especially the vestibular part, usually a result of a drop in perilymphatic pressure from weight loss dehydration, etc.

I therefore can predict that other overlooked and hence unreported labyrinthine symptoms with serious cognitive consequences should be part of this syndrome, eg pressure/blockage in ears/head; dizziness; tinnitus; audiosensitivity; motion sickness; etc.

Does anyone know of data to check this hypothesis?
