I will prepare a tissue homogenization buffer composed of 10m M PBS with % 0.2 sodium azide and 2mM TAME(Nα-p-Tosyl-L-arginine methyl ester hydrochloride ) for my ELISA assay. Should I store this buffer at room temperature, +4 °C or -20 °C?
