The first is the independent variable, and the second is the dependent variable. In the problem of finding the effect of technology on children's education, the independent variable here is the effect of technology. While the dependent variable is the teaching of children, hypotheses about this effect are studied from all sides, and each hypothesis is explained in particular.

1.choose a general area that you are interested in ( you can work in details as you move on in your project)

2.find articles and books that are related to your area of research

3.think about the possible ways for gathering your data

4.read the books and articles(in step 2), and pick the most useful concepts or sentences.

5. begin writing the introduction and as you move on you will find more interesting topics and areas to follow
