Hello Cédric, yes we tried two kinds of 0.22um filters. I am guessing that we cannot go with a bigger pore size than this, but unfortunately I am certain it is removing active ingredient.

If your polysaccharides solution is too viscous, u ve to dilute it before filtration and to heat it to reduce the viscosity before filtration.

Did you try centrifugation to remove bacteria pellet? Did you try diatom filter?
