What are the problems you face when you publish your paper in indexed journals in clarivate?
If there is a comment done by rewiver about the use of English language, you cannot do make it perfect as the native speakers do. If thats the case, then you can get help from editor correcting paid services and this makes your paper better aspirable and understandable.
They don't accept papers related to local context in Arab countries.
Couple of problems are there, but major issues are, perhaps, more on respective compliance/adherance to quality of english language and to the reviewers' comments rather on quality of research itself.

Firstly, the language problem. Then some unclear questions of the reviewers. Language problem may be solved, but unclear questions?
Different journals with different peculiarities. I take those as parts of my work.
I think one of the main obstacles, related to the blurred questions of the reviewers, also asked to add their research as references to the research being evaluated.
It's not peculiar to ISI-indexed journals, all journals with classy nature have one or more hurdles to jump. To me, generally, I find time of review very disturbing. I have undergone a journal for >1 year review process, it's daunting.
It is always difficult to get published in there but I can testify that I really get some good comments to improve on my paper.
Langauge,grammer,spelling,reference, at the end rejected saying acceptance ratio is 25%, adviced to publish some other journal, topic is not latest
Review comments , sometimes it is very useful and add value to the article.

Sometimes the reviewer comments very difficult to answer being impractical to apply
You correct the errors they indicate and at the end the article still doesn’t get published!
Things are murky when not told what exactly is the expectation !!! I try to polish it assuming there are grammatical and flow based disparity and make it more compatible with already published work ...

Getting polarized reviews, where one reviewer accepts the paper, and the other rejects it, with the paper ultimately being rejected because of the negative review. Hard to know what to do with a paper when you get this response. Seems to me that acceptance is a bit of lottery. Getting desk-rejected is also tough. It's like being dumped after your first blind-date without any explanation!

Submit paper to publish paper in indexed journals in clarivate , problem faced mainly English language & grammar and it is also time consuming process.
Some genuine comments are made on the papers at times. However, in most instances the paper is rejected without any reason.
