The objectives of my ongoing work are (1) examining construct validity (2) factorial validity, and (3) cross validation with multiple independent samples in a single country context. For measurement models I have a multidimensional construct, but the existing research suggests that there are either three or four factors construct each with the supporting theory. The results are very much national culture specific. I have tried with three dimensional CFA, the model fit seems to be moderate.
If I am correct, I have to do a nested comparison with multigroup analysis, I am somewhat apprehensive about the way to start in AMOS. Can you please suggest, how should I go about developing the model in AMOS graphics? and please provide me with some tips on the nuances of nested model building and evaluation in Amos.
Note: All these factors were first order factors.
