I have a four-factor with 24-item measurement model, the CFA result for a six-item factor showing three items are positively loaded and the remaining three items are negatively loaded on the factor, the model moderately fit the data. The factorial properties of the remaining 3 factors seeming to be good.
Can you help me out?

If items yield negative factor loadings, these items are negatively
related to the factor, i.e. high item values indicate low factor values and vice versa.

You need to reverse code the negative items at the time of data feeding. Do this and your problem will be solved
