I am currently designing a benthic sampling form with ratings and will like to know if I should add anything else. Attached is the form that was being used.
ORP, DO, Organics, TOC..we spent some time investigating biodegradable netting, containment structur… the degradation of the material consumed all the oxygen And the juvenile clams under biodegradable material was 100% mortality.

Dr.Lee, I'd judged it was for natural environments. Because the first subject was animals, sorry to my miss understanding, oh, the bentic environments mean discharged mud.

5. 95% ethanol to preserve the samples for analysis
6. Trash bag to dispose of the gloves and the other used materials

8. Forceps to pick the samples from the sieve
