Hello,

I have skin condutance data from 22 people who all experienced the same conditions over 3 minutes each. I downsampled the data from 32 to 8 Hz and visually inspected the data in Ledalab for artifacts. After z-standardization over all conditions, the data was separated using the approach of Greco et al (2016).

Now I would like to compare the tonic data in the different conditions. However, I have not found a good way yet. Are there common methods for analysing the skin contudance level?

Best,

Mira
