I have a protocol from a research paper for performing this assay. I tried finding the original paper that provides a detailed protocol but I cant find one.

The protocol in the papers mention a step: Wash the erythrocytes with Ringer's solution atleast  three times.

Here washing certainly means centrifuging and resuspending. So I want to know the speed (preferably in g), time and temperature at which the erythrocytes can be centrifuged without getting crushed and hinder with my assay.

Thank you very much for your suggestions.
