I carried out a ROC analysis using a statistical software XLSTAT, which normally uses Maximum sum of Sensitivity and Specificity as the cut-off point. However, in the attached file, which is one my output results from the ROC analysis, the selected cut-off (in bold) gave a very 'low specificity' and 'low accuracy'. I am wondering whether there are other methods I can apply (maybe by just visualizing the result) to determine an appropriate cut-off point that will have a more balance sensitivity and specificity.
