Did you execute this command?

install.packages("RcmdrPlugin.ROC")

After installing it you need to enable the plugin and restart Rcommander .

Open the dataset and it works for me.

You seem to have an installation problem. Make sure you installed everything and they work. If you describe more about your situation I would help.

By this oppurtunity I installed for the first time Rcommander.

Thanks for your willingness to help.

Yes, I have the "RcmdrPluglin.ROC" installed. Each time I open the Rcomander through library (Rcmdr), I normally first, get the "RcmdrPluglin.ROC" enabled and then load my dataset.

But unfortunately, I still get the error message as described earlier, each time I attempt to run an ROC analysis.

Can you give some more details? Does it work for some data or it never works? When do you get the error? Are other functionalities of Rcommander working? Are you sure you installed everything correctly? You can try reinstalling the plugin and Rcommander.

This might be a problem with your data structure too.
