Based on literature survey, one should find out the inherent problem of any research topic. In my opinion, finding a genuine problem of existing research is the most important step for publishing any journal.

If your research is related to Machine learning and Computer Vision consider describing the dataset, methods used, their key distinction, so that it will be clear what the research is about.
