Ginger root has a range of health benefits, including improving digestion, blood sugar levels, and harmful cholesterol levels, reduces inflammation, Reduces Menstrual Pains, diabetes, prevent heart disease, lower your risk of cancer. It’s a traditional medicine not for medical treatment. Also Ginger has medical side effects, increased bleeding tendency, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, heartburn, mouth or throat irritation, dermatitis (with topical use), central nervous system depression (if overdosed), cardiac arrhythmias (if overdosed). Am natural using with a tea but am not recommended you the usage of Ginger as public health expert, if you have medical conditions.
