Causing no harm to human subjects, confidentiality, consenting, and performing procedures with minimal risk.
Participants should not be exposed to questions which may be perceived as stressful or upsetting to the participant or be exposed to procedures which may have unpleasant or harmful side effects (emotional&/physical)
Also to access confidential information without prior consent of participants. I think it’s also important not to have participants being required to commit an act which might diminish self-respect or cause them to experience shame, embarrassment, or regret
With reference to human subjects:
1. Making participants fully aware of the risks and benefits of the study
2. Voluntary participation
3. No harm to the subjects
4. Assurance of confidentiality of information obtained from patients
5. Freedom to opt out of study at any time (at the convenience of the participants)
Informed consent from participants (if it is a human subjects study), ethical treatment of subjects including animals, honesty, no fabrication of data or methods, no exaggeration of results, citing sources properly and respecting confidentiality of sources should they opt to remain anonymous, and so on.

In the ethical code of the researcher - there is nothing special:
1. He must be honest before himself;
2. To his co-workers.
3. The results of the study should be in the name of the well-being of all the humankind
3a. And in no case harmful.
In addition to the above, he must ensure that the rights of both human and animal participants involved in the study are protected and not compromised.

1. Researcher should cite all references he/she refereed.
2. Respect other research in appropriate manner instead of criticizing
3. There should not be any type of plagiarism
4. Ghost authors should be avoided
5. Other's work should not presented unethically as own work
6. Irrelevant references should be avoided
7. Misleading results should not be presented
8. Article should be prepared by authors. Some agencies are observed preparing and publishing articles by charging heavy amount.
