I am working on an airfoil model of 152mm chord length x 46mm span. I have made a wind tunnel test section of 300mm x 100mm x 50mm.. It is a low subsonic WT upto 35 m/s. I want to compare the WT results for pressure, shear stress over the airfoil with CFD..(I am measuring these parameters in WT through sensors)..I need to ask do I need to do 2D analysis in CFD or should I go for 3D..What would be the effect on results?

First, you should know the type of regime you expect, laminar, transitional and turbulent regimes could coexist. That drives the type of CFD formulation you have to use.
Then, you have to consider the type of measures your realize (which variables and averaging)
Would 2D flow analysis be sufficient for measuring pressure and shear stress at different discrete points along the chord with these dimensions? or do I need to make volume mesh in 3D?
The 2d assumption is valid only for the statistically steady flow and if the flow is homogeneous along the third direction.
