To make an Interferogram formation, we need to use a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) for removing the Earth's topographic component from the pairs.
My question is about the possible used DEMs for doing this task.
- Also If the DEM's characteristics affect the produced Interferogram?

In courses I made, we use SRTM 30m (downloaded automatically within the algorithms used in SNAP software), but in other practices I used AlosPalsar 12.5m. In my country we have a National DEM with 30m resolution, adjusted vertically.
Finally, I think that the resolution and precision of the DEM would affect the result of deformation maps.
