Dear all,

I am trying to use the Fortessa flow cytometer to investigate the cell numbers of several populations of the haematopoietic tree (LT-HSCs, LSK, CMP, CLP, GMP and MEP) in the bone marrow and the peripheral blood in WT mice (male, between 8-12 weeks old).

While the expected cell levels in the bone marrow are well documented, I am struggling to find papers for these populations in the circulating blood. Does anyone know what should I expect to see?
