For the best of my knowledge,
1- HPLC (time consuming and cost-ineffective)
2- NMR ( I appreciate if could guide me to the difference between NOSY, COSY, HSQC, .....etc telling me which one is suitabke for positional isomers.

But the molecule still has other aromatic Hs, which may interfere.
T1 Measurement technique using Bruker Topspin will also help you.
I feel apart from NMR, careful observation of the FTIR spectra of the 3 isomers would also be able to clearly differentiate between the three isomers.
