I want to know which liver cells take up fluorophore labeled spherical nucleic acid nanoparticles using either FACS or IHC. I'm interested in specific markers for Kupffer cells, stellate cells, sinusoidal endothelial cells, and hepatocytes.

Α-fetoprotein is the most common marker for hepatocytes and this should help with stellate cells http://www.antibodybeyond.com/reviews/cell-markers/stellate-cell-marker.htm

If you can visualize the fluorophore under a fluorescent scope, then then easiest way to do this would be on a slide using basic anatomy plus the areas of fluorescence. the different cell types in liver are easy to distinguish for the most part.
