Hi Muhammad,

Have you tried ultra low attachment plates instead of constant rotation? I've used Thermo's Nunclon Sphera plates (which are pretty expensive - about $20 each) to grow BeWo spheroids and they consistently turn out really well. I get good adhesion of these spheroids to Ishikawa cells.
