if you´re intorduced to cell culture maybe you can acomplish your points 1, 2 & 3 in 2 months at most, if isn´t the case consider to extent 1 anhalf month to acomplish each one.

I think qPCR will take you a lot of time if to standarize the conditions (remember before run qPCR first run the end-point PCR ) becouse imvolve other thecnics i.e. DNA & RNA extraction-purification and sometimes this step intails some troubles (i recomend  review at detail your qPCR protocol and possible interfering compounds, for example the anticoagulant used for blood) in sume consider at least 5 month to establish qPCR protocol. 

ELISA is faster and easier than qPCR, once you´ll have the correct antibodies. sometimes delay it supply. consider 3 months to standarize it. The same case aplly for cytometry, the main trouble is acount enough cell for all yours experiments.

Remember that a day acount at most 10 work -hours an you have to read journals, to get your materials, fail your experiments 2 or 3 times and write your reports.
