There are several methods that can be used to remove electrospun graft from the collector:

1. Mechanical peeling: This method involves manually peeling off the graft from the collector using a pair of tweezers or a scalpel. This method is simple and can be used when the graft is loosely attached to the collector.

2. Solvent washing: This method involves washing the collector with a suitable solvent that dissolves the polymer, leaving behind the electrospun graft. The choice of solvent depends on the nature of the polymer used for electrospinning. For example, if polyethylene oxide (PEO) is used as the polymer, then water can be used as the solvent. If polycaprolactone (PCL) is used, then chloroform can be used as the solvent. However, this method may not be suitable for certain types of polymers that are not soluble in any solvent.

3. Thermal treatment: This method involves heating the collector to a certain temperature to melt the polymer, which can then be easily peeled off from the collector. This method is suitable for polymers with low melting points, such as polyvinyl alcohol (PVA).

4. Surface modification: This method involves modifying the surface of the collector to make it non-sticky, so that the electrospun graft can be easily removed. This can be done by coating the collector with a non-stick material such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

Scratch the nanofibers off the collector with a scalpel after adding a small volume of an organic solvent like ethanol. Finally, the ethanol will be removed by air-drying the nanofibers at room temperature.

Ahmed Y. Kira can u please elaborate on how to do this, I am not able to peel after adding ethanol. Do use a pipette?
