I will analyse stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue by FACS. The panel of antibodies could be F4/80, Cd11b, Cd45.2, Cd11c and Cd301. The macrophages are f4/80 and Cd11b positive, and Cd11c positive (M1) and Cd301 positive (M2), but the dendritic cells also are Cd11c positive, so, the gate for dendritic cells would be F4/80 - Cd11b - Cd11c+?

No, there are also CD11b+ dcs. How about CD 11c+ MHC Class II + but CD64- for Dendritic Cells. Then, you can gate CD 11b+ DC and CD11b- DC.
