I'm looking to vary the stiffness of material by using different materials for soft lithography. Solution casting is fine. So far I have found papers using PMMA, Polystyrene and PLGA. I would prefer polymers I can simply purchase off the market instead creating my own polymers.

Look at the Clear Flex series from Smooth-On. There are also medical grade urethane rubbers available if the Clear Flex chemistry is not suitable for you application. We have used this material when we need lower gas permeability than PDMS.

Urethane rubbers can work well depending on the application. Inks tend to wet urethane better than PDMS.

The Flexdym polymer created by Eden Tech is a great alternative PDMS.
It's biocompatible, transparent, gas permeable and can be molded in just a couple of minutes.
