There are various techniques. It depends your criteria. From basic hand lay out to resin transfer molding to inkjet molding methods. A variety of categories you could find in literature. Which type of fibers you would like to reinforce?

Reinforcement techniques depends on the type of matrix and reinforcement materials. For metal matrix composites recently stir casting, in-situ method, powder metallurgy and friction stir processing are widely used.
