Can ammonium tungstate be synthesized by reacting tungsten trioxide with ammonium hydroxide?

Came across this reaction in an online blog:

WO3 + 2(NH3•H2O) -> (NH4)2WO4 + H2O

Among the several methods to prepare ammonium tungstate, is this a feasible synthetic route? What are the reaction conditions and the hazards, if any, to be aware of?
