I am looking for suggestions on how to generate individual fibers (either monofilament/yarn/bundles). I have used melt spinning, wet spinning, and yarn spinning to produce fibers with diameters ranging from 20-350 um. If anyone has any suggestions on other fiber forming techniques, please let me know. I am also wondering if anyone has ever found a way to electrospin a single continuous fiber?
