Users guide to using a Nikon/Narishige Pli 188 micro injector for injecting Drosophila embryos- can anybody help?

I have decided to do my own Drosophila injections as I can not find a company that wants to do D. virilis injections. So I got myself a Nikon Pli 188 injector on e-bay, but I don't have a clue as to how to use the thing, except of course for the more simple things. If anyone has used this or the identical version from Narishige or Harvard Instruments, and could give me some help, that would be most appreciated.
