When we do XRD analysis, high intensity peaks are obtained. But there are some very small peaks too which seem to be negligible. Some phases are confirmed from SAED pattern on the basis of d-spacing but they are not visible in XRD peaks. So I want to know if there is limitation of %age of phase to be visible as peak in the XRD.
You can try the RIR method using corundum (Al2O3) as a reference standard
It is preferable to take the X-ray measurements based on knowledge of the glass, crystallization and the peak of crystallization temperatures of the studied system at that time, If two samples are chosen for measurement according to the analysis of the XRD before crystallization and at the top of the crystallization, you will see things are quite clear.
