I have downloaded "gene expression RNAseq - TOIL RSEM expected_count" from xena (https://xenabrowser.net/datapages/?dataset=tcga_gene_expected_count&host=https%3A%2F%2Ftoil.xenahubs.net&removeHub=https%3A%2F%2Fxena.treehouse.gi.ucsc.edu%3A443) to perform differential expression (DE) analysis using DEseq2, between 2 driver mutation carriers. I removed the log +1 effect.
