I am looking to do some SPR work using the capture method, which involves immobilization of an antibody onto a chip surface before capturing ligand. I have limited antibodies available and was wondering what concentrations anyone else may typically use?

These are IMO the best resources to handle specific questions about concentrations, buffers etc.. for conventional SPR
