I have measured levels of GLUT1, GLUT3, and GLUT4 in the mouse hippocampus and cortex using ELISA kits. I'm trying to find typical concentrations (in ng/mg total protein) of these proteins in the mouse brain, but most prior work looking at glucose transporters used Western Blotting, not ELISAs. I checked the mybiosource page for the ELISAs I used but there's no references there for the use of the kits in brain. Can anyone help me figure out what a typical concentration for these three proteins is in the mouse brain?

Alexandr Chernov thanks so much for your response! There it looks like the GLUT proteins were measured by Western Blot, not ELISA, so it's difficult to compare the two. Additionally, the unit of measurement is not stated in supplementary table two. Do you know what units the authors might be using?
