Has anyone use a sperm analyzer, like the Hamilton Thorn Casa, to measure Trypanosoma cruzi (or brucei or leishmania) motility?

I´ve made an attempt and the software recognizes the parasites and can measure motile/non-motile and gives different parameters, like curvilinear velocity (VCL) and straight line velocity (VSL). Any feedback is welcome. I haven't found anything in the literature.
