We re facing a troubleshooting working with olive paste as a matrix. We re trying to extract using Macherey Nagel DNA extraction kit for food matrixes and the yield, purity and DNA concentration are very low. We re not facing problems with other matrixes like Corn, Soya or Pork and chicken. Any solution please, maybe to use a purification kit?
