I would like to ask a question about the use of Glycerol (HY-B1659, MCE):

The glycerol I purchased is a liquid reagent. Can it be used directly in cell experiments (such as cell freezing, culture, etc.) without further treatment?

If it is feasible, do I need to pay attention to concentration optimization or sterilization?

From the perspective of cell experiment operation specifications, liquid Glycerol (Trihydroxypropane) can be used for cell-related experiments.

In theory, it is recommended to first prepare it into a mother solution (such as a high-concentration storage solution), and then gradually dilute it to the required working concentration through the culture medium for use.
