To the best of my knowledge, you can not convert an agar medium to a broth. To do do so (theoretically), you need to fine a technique to separate the agar part from the other constituents of the medium.
Jameel and Alaa have already provided you with correct information. Once powdered agar has been added to a dry medium, you can't remove it.
Since you can't get the agar out of the Tributyrin Agar (TBA), the best option for you is to prepare the broth from "scratch". The composition of TBA is shown in the attached file.
To make the broth, dissolve 2.5 g meat peptone, 2.5 g casein peptone (casitone), 3 g yeast extract & 10 mL tributyrin in a liter of water.. DO NOT ADD AGAR. Stir the medium until all the ingredients dissolve, then dispense into appropriate containers and autoclave.
