I am culturing cortical neurons from E17 mice and will need to transduce them on DIV7. Does anyone have a protocol on how to do so best?

Any ideas on MOI? Im using CRISPRa plasmids, so i will need to co-transduce AAVs.

Im also wondering how long I should leave the AAVs in the culture before changing media?

Any input would be highly appreciated since its the first time I will do this and it is not being done in our lab.
