To whom to follow....a teacher who taught me directly (who moulds me, transforms me, shows me the light to see the road, move and reach a destination)....or a leader(social, political, religious, artist, author, scientist, or other great human beings) to whom the whole world bow down...?
For me a teacher is far more important than a leader as he/she helps in building the career of students. Therefore, I always respected and followed my teacher. I am interacting here on this forum because of my great teacher.
Learn from everyone and grow with your own roots. Don't follow anyone.

I think one need to follow advice of parents and teachers to build future. They are always well wishers .

The teacher, the symbol, the one who can have an impact on our upbringing, our knowledge of ourselves, a catalyst to define our morality, an engine of our conscience, that is the outcome of what we have come to, and life continues to give us lessons
My Teacher of course. We have a saying :
A person taught me a letter, he/she owns me forever
Clearly, a teacher, but a teacher with capital letters, is there by vocation, spirit of service and always aware of the important role he plays in the process of training and personal development of his students. Hence the enormous responsibility and the great daily challenge of those of us who dedicate ourselves to education.

We inspired by different people during the different stages of our lives for example parents, teachers, peers, mentors; and Leaders who shaped the history(not the regular ones) are always the source of great inspiration, like our great Quaid Muhammad Ali Jinnah, founder of Pakistan.
Follow your instinct..But before that analyze reasonably..That all..Don't follow others even your teacher and leaders...If you follow them you will get influence by them and less in touch with yourself..
