Kozak consensus sequence ACCAUGG it itself contain START CODON.

The Kozak sequence is not a Ribosomal Binding Sequence. Kozak works for eukaryotes and is associate with the start codon. RBS works for bacteria and should be close (6-8 nt) to the start codon.
