I am currently facilitating a TOT workshop in architectural pedagogy. An interesting debate that we had on creativity. The claim of most attendees was developing practice would ignites creativity. I find such proposition debatable, as being task oriented is mechanistic approach of learning that might not lead to personal development which can enhance thinking in general (including creativity).

I would to hear your thoughts about this subject.
