I am carrying out a project of molecular identification of strains that are possibly actinomycetes. However, I am not sure if the primers I should use are for eubacteria or actinobacteria, since they could be another type of bacteria.
You can use universal bacterial primers, such as 27F/1492R to amplify the whole 16S gene (these are widely used, see for example https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-13036-1 ).
