Mr Kumar, both the materials BaF2 and CaF2 are transparent for IR and suitable for polar solutions and measurements in 'transmission'. But their transparency is relative, and cover narrow range of the mid-IR region. For tissue analysis is more suitable to operate in 'reflection' mode, utilizing ATR-IR. In this case you may used 'suitable' for your sample material for sample holder.

Have you tried Zinc Selenide substrates. It seems that they are better. ATR-FTIR will require to be quite careful because of the pressure applied, which can damage your sample, and in some cases the ratio of Amide I/Amide II band may also change.
