THP-1 became vacuolated after differentiation?

Dear colleague,

i am new comer in THP-1 cell culture, my THP-1 cell line like vacuolated or bubble like contained after differentiation. I used RPMI enriched by 10% FBS, 2mM mercapto-ethanol, and 100 ug/ml Kanamycin sulfate. i differentiated the cells by 100 nM PMA for 48 hours. please find figure attachment

is it normal and can i used for my further experiments
