25 December 2020 3 8K Report

The tremendous advances in research on mycorrhizal physiology and ecology over the past 40 years. In recent times, the researchers mainly focus on some dominant species like Rhizophagus irregulars, Gigaspora, Acaulospora, Funilerioformis, Glomas, Scleriocist, etc. And only a small fungal spore number has been addressed morphologically and molecularly.

Besides, researchers have been discovered more than 270 AMF species. And it has been expected that the existence might be from 348 to 1,600 species. Here, I want to get some new ideas and techniques (protocol) about the new species (colonization) in (cereals plant's root) which has been highlighted recently.

I appreciate your recommendations & suggestions in advance.
