Teacher reprimands are a subsequent event ... is lagging reprimand by one interval and correlating with student unwanted behaviour and on-task behaviour - in which a strong positive relationship is found with unwanted behaviour and negative relationship with on-task behaviour - and a further interval lag results in a reversal of these relationships- a legitimate procedure? Signal analysis theory would suggest so,  there are some studies in the psychological literature (70's & 80's). Graphical representation of the behaviour  indicates this procedure has merit. Any other literature or comments?
