The reasons for p27 degradation?

We are testing the effect of inhibition of proteasome on the protein level of p27 in diseased cells

Surprisingly, the protein level of p27 not only is not accumulated but is even lower than in control conditions. I also used bafilomycin to inhibit lysosomal pathway after 30 minutes it was stable but after 1 and 2 hours it continue to degraded

Any explanation for this?
